The Yeshiva observed Yom Ha'atzma'ut in grand fashion, with inspirational tefilot, a seudat hodaah, a tiyul, and a barbecue. The tone of celebration was set by moving sichot from the Rashei Yeshiva, Rav Greenberg and Rav Algazi, and from Rav Kohn. Among the other highlights was a presentation in Yeshiva to former MK and proud Yeshiva alumnus, Zevulun Orlev (pictured). The talmidim also heard a fascinating talk from a veteran journalist, highlighting some of the events from Israel's military history.
