The Yeshiva enjoyed festive tefillot and joyous activities to mark the 64th anniversary of the reestablishment of Jewish sovereignty over the Land of Israel. After the Rosh Hayeshiva's sicha and the tefilla chagigit, the talmidim participated in a seudat hoda'ah.  A former helicopter pilot recounted some of the more moving and memorable moments of his career in Tzahal. During the day, the talmidim took part in a tiyul and celebrations in and around Amatzia.
