In Memory of our Fallen Soldiers
Shimon Alush
Born in Tunis on the 28th of Kislev, 5713,
graduate of Yeshivat Bnei Akiva in Be’er Sheva
Killed in a car accident in the IDF on the 25th of Nissan, 5733
Memories from his military service:
His friends remember him as possessing an unlimited capacity for suffering. On the exhausting "stretcher marches," he was one of the few that didn’t request that he be switched when he was carrying the stretcher. Rather, he would carry on until he was almost kneeling from the weight and only when the others would beg him to switch with them, he would agree (taken from the book "Hama’aracha, which was written in his memory).
May His Memory Be Blessed
