Rosh HaYeshiva Awarded the Pras HaRav Kook

Rosh HaYeshiva Rav Mordechai Greenberg shlita was awarded the "Pras HaRav Kook" for the year 5777 by the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality for his books Midarchei HaKerem. The other awardees were HaRav Shlomo Daichovsky shlita, who previously served as a Ram in Kerem B'Yavneh, for his book Lev Shomei'a LeShlomo, Professor Chaim Milikovsky for his edition of the Seder Olam, and Professor Zohar Amar for his book, Flora and Fauna in the Teachings of the Rambam.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday, 6 Kislev 5777, in Tel Aviv, in the presence of the Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv, Rav Yisrael Meir Lau shlita, Deputy Mayor Asaf Zamir, and the Director of the Department of Culture, Iris Mor.
